Brey and Emily created Be Iconic, Indy because they saw
something special in the women around them—and knew
there should be a place where those women could come
together, support one another, and celebrate what they're
building.
hey, it's brey
Brey is a girl-mom of two, a proud Hoosier through and through, and a self-proclaimed iced coffee connoisseur—you’ll rarely see her without one in hand! She’s happily married to her childhood sweetheart, whom she’s known since first grade, and she loves cheering on all things Indiana, from the Indiana Fever and IndyCar to Notre Dame, IU, and all of our Indiana sports teams.
When she’s not working, you can usually find her cheering from the sidelines, chasing her girls around, taking way too many photos, or discovering another woman-owned business to support and hype up. She’s passionate about creativity, celebrating women, and finding every reason to celebrate the people and moments that matter. Basically, if there’s a camera, a creative idea, or an opportunity to lift up women, she’s probably there!

Emily Roberts is a serial entrepreneur and local content creator with a passion for building community and connection in Indianapolis. She owns Elevate Your Presence, a local marketing agency helping small businesses grow their online presence, co-owns a luxury travel agency, Bonova Travel Company, and co-hosts Be Iconic, Indy, a podcast and community platform spotlighting women in Indy.
When she's not working, Emily is spending time with her kids, cheering on the Indiana Fever, and soaking up everything that makes Indy home. As a proud local and champion of women in business (and women in sports!), she's dedicated to showing up for her community and helping it thrive.
